Description
Tariano Coffee is something truly special, featuring exquisite single-origin Colombian Arabica beans that capture the rich traditions of the Genova region in Quindio. Here, generations of dedicated small farmers cultivate their coffee with great care, honoring long-standing practices rooted in the region’s cultural heritage. Nestled in the fertile volcanic soil of the Central Andes, at elevations between 1,250 and 2,100 meters, these coffee beans thrive in an exceptional environment, resulting in outstanding quality and flavor. The coffee plants are thoughtfully shaded by natural trees, creating a sanctuary that protects them from harsh sunlight and supports a vibrant ecosystem filled with diverse fruit trees and lively birdlife. This harmonious setting allows the coffee cherries to ripen evenly, ensuring a perfect balance of richness and depth.
During harvest, skilled pickers—known as chapoleras and cafeteros—carefully hand-select the ripest, reddest cherries, ensuring only the highest quality fruit is used. This precise selection preserves the coffee’s purity and essence in every batch. The beans are then expertly processed using the traditional washed method, which involves fermentation for 1 to 3 days, thorough cleaning with fresh water, and drying under the warm Andean sun. This meticulous process enhances the coffee’s natural sweetness, clarity, and vibrant aroma. When roasted, the beans transform into their characteristic deep brown color, releasing heady scents of caramel and chocolate that fill the room. The resulting brew is rich in natural antioxidants, refreshingly smooth, and utterly delightful, with just the right hint of warmth and sweetness but never bitter.
Tariano Coffee is more than just a beverage; it embodies Colombia’s rich heritage and offers a bright, clean, and nourishing experience, reflecting the dedication and artistry of generations past. Enjoy a cup that represents tradition and excellence! I can make a short video instead of a picture.
Potential Benefits of Arabica Coffee (Medium Roast)

- A medium roast often causes less stomach irritation than a light roast.

Recommendations
People sensitive to caffeine may still experience jitteriness, insomnia, palpitations, or increased urination even with Arabica coffee, which contains less caffeine than Robusta but enough to trigger these effects.
Medium roast coffee may trigger acid reflux, heartburn, and stomach discomfort, especially when consumed on an empty stomach.
Daily consumption may lead to headaches, fatigue, and mood changes if skipped.
Caffeine can cause a short-term increase in BP, especially in people who are not habitual coffee drinkers.
For most healthy adults without caffeine sensitivity, the recommended daily intake of 1–3 cups (8 oz) of Arabica medium-roast coffee (about 80–300 mg of caffeine) is considered safe, with an upper recommended limit of up to 4 cups per day (around 400 mg of caffeine), which aligns with standard dietary guidelines. Arabica tends to be lower in caffeine and gentler than Robusta, making it suitable for daily use within this range.
Brewing method plays the most significant role in cafestol exposure, and drip coffee made with a paper filter is the best option for lowering cholesterol because it removes the LDL-raising compound. In contrast, French press, boiled coffee, espresso, and some on-demand workplace machines, none of which use paper filters, contain significantly higher levels of diterpenes.
