Since 2007, Tariano Food has been engaged in the global trading of food products, with a mission to provide products that adhere to the highest international safety food standards. Our initial commodities included sugar and coffee. Over time, my daughters and I made the decision to establish a breeding program for German shepherd dogs in Bogotá, Colombia, with the objective of competing in national and international dog shows.

Our primary objective was to source the highest quality breeding bloodline from Germany. To that end, we traveled to cities in the northwest area, including Munster, Dortmund, Cologne, Frankfurt, and Hamm, where we identified the first dogs for our kennel. However, most dogs were fed processed dog food, and switching their diet proved challenging. After experimenting with various brands in the local market, we found that most processed dog foods are based on carbohydrates such as rice, barley, oats, whole wheat, whole corn, potato, and millet, along with a source of protein. 

Through discussions with fellow breeders in Germany, we learned that many of them utilize natural and homeopathic products to maintain their dogs’ health. This inspired us to formulate a 100% natural, no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, fresh food for our dogs. The changes in our dogs’ appearance, energy levels, and overall health were remarkable within a few months.

My professional background as a hotel manager in the food industry has equipped me with the expertise to explore the nutritional value of natural plants as part of a balanced diet for both animals and humans. Following our relocation from Colombia to the United States, we made the decision to close our kennel while continuing our involvement in the field of human nutrition. We understand that the food we consume directly impacts our physical and mental well-being, influencing our behavior and mindset. 

This insight led us to develop “TARIANO HERBAL INFUSED WATER,” a product that allows individuals to enhance the taste of their regular tap or bottled water by blending it with a selection of natural dried herbs, thereby offering additional health benefits. Each herbal infusion bag is meticulously crafted, ensuring a rich flavor and aroma, along with the addition of antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antimicrobial properties. These elements are important to reduce the effects of vegetables oils, processed food, colorants, and chemicals used in the food industry.
